Kind of neat http://raidbots.com/dpsbot/

It parses world of logs into a different format. It differs from stateofdps.com in that it parses every available public log and not just the top 200.

http://raidbots.com/dpsbot/Spec_Score/10N/all/14/30/default/#3vvvv - Its interesting to see how DPS is affected after the patch. Whats curious is how some specs dropped a lot more then they should. This could have to do with more min/maxers migrating to a slightly more efficient spec post patch. For instance, destruction did not receive a nerf for the patch but its DPS dropped.

http://raidbots.com/dpsbot/Spec_Score/10N/all/14/30/samples/#3vvvv - This is the amount of samples parsed. Look at the huge change. All those destruction locks respecced affliction. Its an even greater change for heroic http://raidbots.com/dpsbot/Spec_Score/10H/all/14/30/samples/#1o.

The comparebot is pretty neat too http://raidbots.com/comparebot/. For instance, we can compare our two hunters on nefarian http://raidbots.com/comparebot/4dcc35ad4b1cfbe16000053f#targets. Its not all that useful in this case because they were using different specs. However, you can use it to compare yourself to one of the top parses.

Here is my on ODS compared to the #2 parse http://raidbots.com/comparebot/4dcc37334b1cfb8c1900070d#damage. I can see that he just flat out gears me. I can also see that how outperforms me on uptime on everything and especially on BoA(!) and Haunt(!). Something to work on!

It is interesting. For example, I can see that Frost DKs were more popular for DPS in 10s then they were in 25s before 4.1 -- most likely because utility was more valuable then DPS. Afterwards everyone was switching to frost, because the theoretical dps was higher, although in practice the "best" dps was very fight-specific.

And actually it even took a few days post-patch for the frost "spec score" to get ahead, probably because it took time to get up to speed on the new rotation.

It depends how you sorted the list. The default is a 2 week rolling average. That explains the gradual increase instead of a major spike. If you do it on a 1 day period: http://raidbots.com/dpsbot/Spec_Score/25H/all/1/60/default/#c00 you can see the major spike in both directions immediately following the patch.

Any idea what's causing that huge downward spike every Sunday?
